Any commercial relationship is based on the assumption that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy & Confidentiality policy.

The present Terms & Conditions may be changed, amended, or updated from time to time.

Please read this page from time to time, as once published, the changes, amendments, or updates are binding upon publication.

The services are provided exclusively for the personal or professional use of the clients, in compliance with the rules, laws, and regulations in force. If you provide false or incorrect data or information regarding third parties without their specific consent, you are liable. We are not responsible for damage as a result of data transmission connections, corrupt files, service interruptions, network problems, viruses, content deletion, or malfunctioning of the user’s equipment.

The reproduction of our products is strictly forbidden without our consent. The use of any material, text, photography, or creative work, for other purposes than stated, is strictly forbidden without my consent.

The present Terms and Conditions govern and regulate offers, orders, and acceptance of purchase orders thru the the-www.design.

The Vendor ( “the WWW design”, Leqvol SRL, we, us) offers its services thru the-www.design.

The User (client, you, user)

The Vendor offers its services described on the the-www.design website, developing the projects using the latest version of WiX.

The User can place an order by email at www.design">create@the-www.design, or request more information by using the quote request form.

Services & Pricing

There are many services and custom made packs available, starting from the ones displayed on the-www.design website.

The WiX platform yearly plan fee is not included in these prices.

Each service cost or fee will be presented in a separate an personalized offer for every client.

creative concepts & implementation

Each service & web design developed is custom made for each client, based on the needs and budget for the project. Therefore, the price for every web design project varies and it is set thru a contract at the beginning of every collaboration.

Email quote request

When browsing the the-www.design website, you will find the option to send a form with your quote request. Please feel free to use it to get informed and please note that this does not mean we are entering a contractual agreement. I might need more information regarding your project, please see this form as the first step towards a possible collaboration.

You will receive an email in a maximum of 48 hours regarding your quote request. We will communicate via email, online meetings, or telephone regarding details, prices, and delivery date.

Please note that once submitting your request, you also agree to the Privacy & Confidentiality policy. Take a minute to read it, you will find information regarding how your personal data is processed. Always GDPR compliant.

Payment

Once we have a contractual agreement, you will be invoiced 50% of the total amount. Once the amount is collected, I will begin working on the website design & development. The rest of the 50% shall become due when the project is completed.

Refund

Once we enter into a contractual agreement, I assume that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Confidentiality which form an integral part of the policies.

Due to the fact that the services provided include more than web development (research, creative agency elements, consulting), a refund is not an option I can offer once the creative process starts. The services are all custom made for your needs and budget, services you instructed me to provide.

Please note that once the design & development have started (after the advance amount is collected), a refund is not an option.

If you choose to exit the contract before I start the creative process,& web development, you can benefit of a 100% refund.
